Return & Refund Policy – aromasmiami.shop

All orders are processed the same day during our office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

At aromasmiami.shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully, as it differs depending on the type of product purchased.


🫧 Fragrance Oils – No Return & No Refund

All fragrance oil sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any oil products.

Fragrance oils are sensitive, perishable products. Once a bottle is opened, the oil immediately begins an oxidation and degradation process that is irreversible. Because we have no way to verify how a product has been stored, handled, or used after it leaves our facility, we are unable to guarantee its integrity upon return.

This applies to:

  • Dissatisfaction with scent (fragrance perception is subjective and may vary between individuals)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Partially or fully used products

Important: If a customer chooses to ship an oil product back, no refund will be issued under any circumstance.

We strongly encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a scent — we're happy to help you find the right one.


🔧 Machines & Equipment – 7-Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your machine purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at info@aromasmiami.shop with your name and order number. We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Conditions for return:

  • The machine must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted
  • Sale items, gift cards, and customized products are not eligible for return

Refund calculation: Once we receive the machine and verify its condition, your refund will be calculated as follows:

Refund = Amount paid – Shipping cost – $20.00 restocking fee

The refund will be issued to your original payment method after inspection is complete.

Damaged or defective machines: If you received a damaged or defective unit, please contact us immediately at info@aromasmiami.shop so we can make it right.
